Creativity Unleashed — Inspiration from Composer and Artist Hank Hehmsoth

The Horseshoe Bay Cultural Enrichment Society is proud to present Hank Hehmsoth—award-winning composer, jazz pianist, visual artist, and professor at Texas State University—for a dynamic lecture exploring the power of creativity across disciplines.

A Fulbright Senior Specialist, NEA Jazz Composition Fellow, and member of the Grammy- and Academy Award-winning Christopher Cross group, Hank has spent his career pushing the boundaries of expression through music and visual art. His performances span more than 10,000 concerts worldwide, and his abstract digital artworks have been featured in regional exhibitions.

In this thought-provoking program, Hank will share how the creative process connects music, art, and innovation—and how anyone can unlock their own artistic voice. Blending stories from a life on stage with insights from the studio and gallery, he will demonstrate that creativity is not limited to one medium but is a universal force that fuels human imagination.
